The Board of Adjustment & Appeals hears appeals to decisions of administrative officers relating to Zoning Ordinances. The Board meets quarterly and as needed when a Petition for Variance is submitted to the Town.
Pursuant to the Code of Ordinances Section 20-48, board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m. on an as needed basis.
