Happy Holidays!

The Town Commission and Town staff would like to extend a heartfelt Happy Holidays to you and your family this season. We are deeply grateful to the more than 1,500 residents who joined us for our 75^th Anniversary Mingle & Jingle event at St. Lucy Catholic Church on December 5^th. It was truly a joy to celebrate this milestone together with live music, dancing, delicious food, and cherished friendships—a beautiful reflection of the spirit of our wonderful community and the charm of our three miles of paradise.

We are especially proud that our "three miles of paradise" was recently recognized as the No. 3 Place to Retire on the East Coast! If you missed this year’s event, we hope you’ll be able to join us next year to make even more memories together.

Town Hall CLOSED Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Please be advised that the Town Hall Complex, including the Library, Building Department, and all Administrative Offices will be CLOSED tomorrow, December 24^th and Wednesday, December 25^th.

SR-A1A RRR Project Update

There will be no traffic impacts from Saturday, December 21^st, through Sunday, January 5^th, 2025.

Code Enforcement Board - One (1) vacancy for an unexpired term ending December 2024 and one (1) vacancy for an unexpired term ending May 2025.
