My Safe Florida Condo - Pilot Program

The My Safe Florida Condominium Pilot Program offers grant assistance to eligible coastal condominiums to improve hurricane resilience and wind mitigation. 

This initiative provides funding resources to help strengthen properties against storm damage and may also help reduce insurance premiums.

Approved condominium associations are eligible for matching funds of $2 for every $1 spent, up to $175,000.
